Getting your property in “selling shape.”
- First, make any minor repairs needed. Fix leaky faucets, Make sure that doors open and close easily. Your Kinzie Real Estate Consultants agent is available to discuss the importance of any repairs that you are not sure whether to invest in or not.
- A fresh coat of paint is one of the best things you can do to make a great first impression. If you plan on painting, do it quickly. Allow time for new paint fumes to fade before showings are to begin.
