Meet Our Consultants
Everyone at Kinzie Real Estate Consultants Inc. has one goal in mind, "Kinzie Kares" for our Clients. You deserve professionally experienced people determined to guide you through the maze of appointments, inspections, and paperwork needed to complete a successful sale or purchase.
Tiffany Niemietz
Do you want to speak to the man-in-charge, or to the woman who knows what's going on? The hub that our office revolves around is Tiffany Niemietz. She manages our office and is usually the one who answers the phone and makes the appointments, checks the paperwork, and keeps everyone in line. She has been with the firm for over 17 years. She is very active in her church. We all pride ourselves on practicing the "Golden Rule" with all that we do.
Larry Kinzie
Larry Kinzie is the managing Broker and founder of Kinzie Real Estate Consultants Inc. He retired as a Commander in the United States Navy, and although an Iowa native, he now considers himself a "Texan." He is married to another Realtor and has two children and four grandchildren. He is active in his local church where he served in many positions of responsibility. He also served in civic organizations and has been on the Judson School District Advisory Committee.
Reggie Russell
Reggie has been a Realtor for over 21 years and started with Larry Kinzie when Larry was still running the firm out of his home. He taught at Judson High School for 28 years. He has served the community in several ways. He was a member and officer in the Kirby Lions Club for 20 years. He has served on many boards and commissions for the City of Kirby, currently he is Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission, a post he has held for over 15 years; recently he was appointed by the Kirby City Council to the Board of Directors of the Kirby Senior Center.
He sings in the choir at Alamo United Methodist Church and serves on different committees and is a certified "Lay Speaker." He has been on the "Walk to Emmaus" and practices his Christian ethics in his business practices. He is most proud when both buyers and sellers are satisfied with all transactions in which he is involved. He has four children and one grand daughter. He knows all about the problems of out-growing your current home. One daughter is in the United States Navy and he will be glad to assist any military person with a home purchase or sale.
Graden Casto
Graden Casto, originally from West Virginia, first moved to San Antonio in 1978. After 35 years in the Air Force Medical Service Corps, he chose, like many of you, to retire here. He has two sons and three grandchildren. He has bought and sold many homes over the years and understands the problems and concerns associated with moving. He has been a full time Realtor since 1992. He is also involved with Alamo United Methodist Church, where he is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Graden prides himself on his motto for everything he does, "One thing you can give, and still keep, is your WORD."
Wesley Hall
I believe in working for my clients on their schedule, not mine. If I am working during the day, so are my cleints. So after hours and weekends are a must for me. I have no problem working seven days a week. My goal is to have a satisfied customer after all is said and done. Give me a call and put me to work for you. 210-317-9292
